Shoebox season is here! Open your hearts to sharing the gospel with children around the world. You have plenty of time to complete a shoebox they are available after every service in the foyer and not due back until Sunday, November 23^rd.  So come by and pick up your shoebox after service! Our Retreat is Friday May 15th-Sunday May 17th, 2026, at Forest Home. The cost is $380 per person, and a $50 nonrefundable deposit is due when you sign up at the Information Desk. For any questions, please contact Jennifer Mendes at (562) 237-2985.

Please check the Lost and Found tables in the Fellowship Hall for items that may belong to you. Any items remaining after Sunday, November 30^th will be donated. 

Join us for the Solace Conference on Saturday, November 22^nd from 9am to 5pm here in the Sanctuary. The Solace Conference will help those who have been diagnosed with a life-threatening or life-altering illness like cancer or diabetes and their caregivers. Pastors and leaders will offer spiritual guidance from Scripture, cancer patients will share inspiring testimonies, and doctors will deliver essential medical insights. This conference is unique in that it will address both the spiritual and the practical aspects of illness. Register online at ccsfs.com, and please pick up a flyer at the information desk. All youth (7th-12^th grade) are invited to join us in commemorating Thanksgiving with a game of ultimate frisbee and a picnic at Santa Fe Springs Park on Saturday, November 22^nd from 11:00am - 2:30pm. Let’s give thanks together to the Lord for His grace.  Join us for an evening filled with gratitude, delicious food & wonderful fellowship in the Word, Saturday, November 22^nd at 6:30pm, in Fellowship Hall. This is a potluck, so sign up and list what you are bringing at the Information Desk. Children ages 4 years old-6^th grade are invited this year to join us for the Children's Christmas choir that will be performing for our Christmas Eve service on Wednesday, December 24th. An information meeting will be held after each of our morning services in the High School Room on Sunday, November 23^rd. For any questions you may contact Alyssa Ku at the church office.

Join the Devoted to One Ministry Thanksgiving Lunch/Outing on Sunday, November 23^rd. Lunch will begin at 1:00 pm at Marie Calendars in Whittier. Immediately after lunch we will meet at the Whittier High School Auditorium for the Whittier Regional Symphony which begins at 3:00pm Admission is free. Must sign up at Information Desk.
